Titivating

“Dancing with the Stars celebrities” on its 2nd week was  actually strengthened.   One of the stars who came in the second week of the competition is Pamela Anderson .

As one of the judges, Len Goodman ( Head Judge)  provided  constructive feedback on Pamela Anderson's Foxtrot ,which caught viewers. He named Pamela Anderson ' titivating'.

As he defended his choice of words , said "Google it" , which people exactly did.

To qoute Dictionary.com Titivating means “to make smart or spruce .“ Pamela titivated her old dress with a new belt."

Len Goodman once said  to Pamela Anderson in an episode of Dancing with Stars tonight. “It had a cheeky charm. You’ve been titivating yourself haven’t you?” 

It may sound ugly, but  Titivate means “to smarten up.”

Ricky Martin Comes Out

For years of hiding into the closet, Ricky Martin has finally come out.He posted his coming out on his official website official website (via TMZ) , he wpanisgrote a lengthy note to his fans that is published in Spanish and English. To him, his writing memoirs got him "very close to my truth". He also made this move for his children who were born to a surrogate mother  in 2008. He added that in hiding his sexuality might “indirectly diminish the glow that my kids here born with”. He wrote a somehow direct answer to why he did not reveal his sexuality before ,“these years in silence and reflection made me stronger and rem xminded me that acceptance has to come from within and that this kind of truth gives me the power to conquer emotions I didn’t even know existed”

In an August 1999 Rolling Stone cover story, Martin spoke about past loves and rumors that he wasn’t straight:

You know, the bigger you get, the more people talk about you. You’ve been frank about saying your music appeals to everybody, men and women. Maybe as a result of that there’ve been some rumors flying around about your sexuality.
Well, this is show business. It’s a lot of fantasy. You can fantasize whatever you want to be. You can fantasize however you want to [laughs]. Go for it. Be free about it. I’m not too concerned with what people say about me. You can think whatever you want. I know what I am, my beliefs, what I like and don’t like. As I just said, I have the need someday to have a family. And that’s something I’m going to go for. The people I care about know me. I’m happy.

The singer has gathered popularity on news today with pride and relief. He writes “writing this is a solid step towards my inner peace and vital part of my evolution,” He also added “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.

Brigitte Daguerre

Brigitte Daguerre the alleged Jesse James' third mistress.

Johnny Maestro

Johnny Maestro has died in his battle against cancer. He was 70.

Les Cauchi, a friend, said Johnnyo died late Wednesday in Florida. His last residence was in Cape Coral, Fla.

He began his career in the late 1950s with The Crests. Maestro also joined  The Del-Satins, local group in New York. It merged with a Long Island band, The Rhythm Method, and the The Brooklyn Bridge of Johnny Maestro in 1968.

The Brooklyn Bridge performed that song on “The Ed Sullivan Show.” Their hits included “Blessed is the Rain,” ”Welcome Me Love” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

KC and Sunshine Band's Richard R. Finch Arrested for having Sex with Underage Boys

NEWARK, Ohio — at 56, Richard R.Finch a music producer and co-founder of KC and the Sunshine Band was arrested last Tuesday after a  boy told authorities he had sexual relations with him on Finch's Newark home.

The boy  revealed it  last week.

Being interviewed at the sheriff's office, Finch admitted he'd had sex with the boy and others ,age ranging  from 13 to 17, police said.

Finch was being held at the sheriff's office on $250,000 bond.

Even with the investigation going on a message posted on the Web site of Richard Finch Productions Inc. said the allegations against the producer and song arranger were baseless.

"We will let due process happen through the legal system," it said, "and through that, we are sure Mr. Finch will be vindicated from these unfounded allegations."

There is no date settled yet  Finch's arraignment,  Sgt. Kevin Biller said, who chose not to  disclose the evidence that led to Finch's arrest or the possible charges against him.

Wikipedia Down

Wikipedia went down today, Wednesday, due to the overheated servers. According to sources, the issue started in Europe, the cooling systems failed to kick in. This triggered the DNS to fail causing the entire site go down and offline. It started around 11 am.

According to the Wikipedia blog, "This problem was quickly resolved, but unfortunately it may take up to an hour before access is restored for everyone, due to caching effects."

However, Wikipedia is now back.

Robert Culp, died Wednesday, he was 79. He collapsed or he tripped on a sidewalk outside his home in Hollywood, according to Hillard Elkins, his agent. He also suffered heart attack and rushed to the hospital but sadly he died.

Rep. Randy Neugebauer, admitted Monday that he shouted "baby killer" Rep. Bart Stupak in the House debate, Sunday.

In a statement, Rep. Neugebauer apologized for telling Rep. Bart Stupak a "baby killer" during speech against a motion to trust health reform legislation that would pull large budget from federal money being used to purchase insurance plans that cover abortion.

Neugebauer said - "In the heat and emotion of the debate, I exclaimed the phrase, 'It's a baby killer' in reference to the agreement reached by the Democratic leadership,". "While I remain heartbroken over the passage of this bill and the tragic consequences it will have for the unborn, I deeply regret that my actions were mistakenly interpreted as a direct reference to Congressman Stupak himself."
